Winter Pentathlon Camp

West Coast Pentathlon, in conjunction with Michael Cintas/Equestrian Center International, is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a Winter Pentathlon Camp December 27 through January 1, 2010. The camp will culminate in an open competition on January 2, 2010.

Instruction will be offered in all five disciplines for all age levels.

Riding: Coach Michael Cintas, Equestrian Centers International (ECI) in Rancho Mirage

Shooting: Coach Charlie Reed, ECI

Running: Coach Carmelo Felix, ECI

Swimming: Coach Tim Allen, Palm Springs Pavilion

Fencing: Coach Leslie Taft and Coach Carmelo Felix, Holiday Inn, Palm Springs

The $700 fee includes seven nights at the Holiday Inn (four to a room), transportation, coaching fees, and competition entry fee. Participants who wish to make their own hotel arrangements will pay $500 for the camp and competition.

The competition entry fees for those who are not attending the camp are $75 for non-riders; $100 for riders.

We are hoping that we will have a laser gun and target available for training.
